Where we ship

We ship within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and PO boxes) and to Canada. Some apparel orders may not be able to ship to every PO box or military address; if that happens, we'll contact you before shipping. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Canadian customers are responsible for any duties or taxes charged on delivery.

Processing time

Handmade, in-stock items (soaps, scrubs, beard care, candles, essential oil jewelry and sets, pet fragrance): ship within 1–3 business days.
Custom and personalized items (custom pet journals, custom gifts): production starts after you approve your proof, and they usually ship within 7–14 business days of approval.
Made-to-order apparel and merchandise: these are printed and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful, and usually ship within 2–7 business days. The shipping origin and carrier can vary by Printful fulfillment location.
Pre-orders and limited batches: the expected ship date is listed on the product page.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. During holidays, sales, and market or event weekends, processing may take a little longer.

If your order includes items with different processing times, they may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping rates

Shipping is charged once per order, never per item.

Standard U.S. shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): $6.95 flat per order. Ships in 1–3 business days, then usually arrives in 2–5 business days.
FREE U.S. shipping on orders $50+ (up to 3 lb) (based on your order subtotal before tax and shipping, after discounts).
Orders over 3 lb: $12.95 flat, whatever the order total.
Priority Mail (U.S.): $12.95 flat per order, usually 1–3 business days after it ships.
Free local pickup at 3708 E 50th St, Cleveland, OH. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.
Canada: $19.99 flat per order, free on orders of $100 or more.

Your one shipping charge covers every item in your order, even if it arrives in more than one package (for example, apparel ships separately from Printful while soaps and candles ship from us). Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Carriers and delivery times

Handmade items usually ship by USPS. Made-to-order apparel ships from Printful by the carrier it chooses. Custom items ship after your proof is approved (see Processing time). We'll email you a tracking number when your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address that you entered. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, you'll need to pay to reship it.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

If tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your package is past its estimated delivery date, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. When the carrier confirms a package is lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a refund.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you can't find it, first check with neighbors, your building's mail area, and your local post office. We can't be responsible for packages stolen after the carrier marks them delivered, but we'll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the item and the packaging, then email us within 30 days of delivery. Our Refund & Return Policy explains how damaged items are replaced or refunded.

Heat-sensitive items

Some handmade products, like soaps, balms, and candles, can soften or melt in high heat. During hot weather we may hold orders or adjust shipping to protect them. Please bring packages inside promptly.
