These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to this online store and to all products and services sold through it by Yoyo Flowers™ the Love Chemist™ ("we," "us," "our"). Yoyo Flowers™ the Love Chemist™ is operated by LOVE CHEMIST LLC, an Ohio limited liability company based in Cleveland, Ohio, doing business as Yoyo Flowers™ the Love Chemist™. When you visit the store, place an order, or send us photos or details for a custom item, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and your responsibilities

To place an order, you must be at least 18, or have a parent or legal guardian's permission and supervision. You agree to give us complete, accurate, and lawful information. Before you submit or approve an order, it's your job to check names, spelling, photos, personalization instructions, and your shipping address.

2. Our products

We sell handmade soaps, body scrubs, beard care, candles, essential oil jewelry and sets, pet fragrance, custom pet journals and custom gifts, and apparel. Because our items are handmade in small batches with natural ingredients, color, scent, size, and texture can vary a little from batch to batch and from the photos. Product photos and mockups are examples. Personalized designs are artistic interpretations, so we can't guarantee an exact photographic likeness or perfect color match.

3. Product use and safety disclaimer

Please read every product label and ingredient list before use.

For external use only. Do not eat or swallow. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact happens, rinse well with water.
Patch test first. Before using any soap, scrub, oil, balm, or fragrance for the first time, try a small amount on the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours. Stop using it if redness, itching, or irritation occurs, and talk to a doctor if the reaction continues.
Essential oils are concentrated. Use them only as directed. Never put undiluted essential oils on your skin. Essential oil jewelry is for aromatherapy diffusing only, so oils should go on the diffuser pad or stone, not directly on your skin.
Allergies and sensitivities. Our products may contain botanicals, essential oils, nut butters, beeswax, honey, goat milk, and other natural ingredients. Check the ingredients if you have allergies.
Pregnancy, nursing, and health conditions. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or under medical care, talk to a qualified professional before using our products.
Keep away from children and pets. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets. Many essential oils, including tea tree, wintergreen, pennyroyal, pine, cinnamon, citrus, peppermint, and ylang-ylang, can be harmful or toxic to cats and dogs. Don't diffuse oils or apply human products near pets.
Choking hazard. Lip balms and other small products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Keep them out of reach of small children.
Pet fragrance products are for external use on pets only and must be used exactly as the label says. Unless the label specifically says otherwise, don't use them on cats, or on pets that are pregnant, nursing, very young, or have skin conditions, unless your veterinarian approves. Avoid the eyes, nose, mouth, and genitals. Stop use and contact a vet if irritation or unusual behavior occurs.
Candles: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, drafts, and anything flammable, and burn it on a heat-safe surface. Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn.
Storage: Keep products in a cool, dry place. Our products are made in small batches, so use them within 18 months of purchase for the best quality.
Not evaluated by the FDA. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and we don't guarantee any therapeutic or medical result.
Hemp seed oil: any products made with hemp seed oil contain no CBD, THC, or other cannabinoids, and they are non-psychoactive.

You use our products at your own discretion. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for reactions, injuries, or damage caused by misuse, failure to follow label directions, allergies or sensitivities, or improper storage.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. Prices, promotions, discount code terms, and product availability may change without notice. We're not bound by obvious pricing or typo errors, and we may cancel orders affected by them and give a full refund. An order is accepted once payment goes through and we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud, and if we do, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Custom orders and proof approval

If we send you a proof, please review it carefully. Approving it authorizes us to start production. Unless the product page says otherwise, each order includes one digital proof and one reasonable round of corrections. Extra revisions, redesigns, new photos, or major changes may cost extra. If you cancel or make a major change, work we've already finished is still owed.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation requests need to reach us before personalization, design work, production, or fulfillment starts. Once creative work or production has begun, orders generally can't be canceled or refunded. If part of the work is done, we may give a partial refund after deducting completed work and costs we can't recover. Our Refund & Return Policy has the full details.

7. Photos and materials you send us

When you send us photos, names, stories, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them. You give us and our service providers permission to use them only as needed to design, produce, and deliver your order. If you send an image of another person, a child, or someone else's pet, it's your job to get permission first. We may turn down submissions that are unlawful, abusive, infringing, or inappropriate.

8. Intellectual property

All original designs, illustrations, stories, layouts, logos, product names, photos, and other content in this store belong to LOVE CHEMIST LLC (doing business as Yoyo Flowers™ the Love Chemist™) and are protected by law. That includes Yoyo Flowers™, Love Chemist™, Dank Dewd™, and L.O.V.E. T.A.I.L.S.™. Buying a product lets you use the finished item for personal, noncommercial purposes. It doesn't let you copy, resell, change, reproduce, or commercially use our designs or content, or use them for AI training, without our written permission.

9. Third-party services

Third-party providers help us run the store, including Shopify, payment processors, production and print partners, and shipping carriers, and their own terms may also apply. We aren't responsible for outages or delays beyond our reasonable control, but we'll do our best to help with any verified order problem.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LOVE CHEMIST LLC (doing business as Yoyo Flowers™ the Love Chemist™) and its members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this store or our products. This includes losses caused by customer errors, third-party interruptions, carrier delays, or improper use of a product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms takes away any consumer rights the law says can't be waived.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, unless your local law gives you consumer rights that can't be waived.
